Maison M Hair is a luxury beauty house offering premium human hair, wigs and related beauty products.
Our products may include pre-order, made-to-order, virgin hair, Cambodian Mink Virgin Hair, Vietnamese Raw Hair and pre-coloured pieces.
2. Products & Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and specifications displayed on our website are accurate.
However, natural human hair can vary in texture, movement, colour, density and appearance.
Slight variations may occur due to the natural characteristics of the hair, lighting, photography and individual screen settings. Such variations do not necessarily constitute a fault.
Maison M Hair reserves the right to correct errors or update product information where necessary.
3. Orders
When placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Before completing checkout, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all selections, including:

- Length
- Density
- Lace
- Colour
- Wig size
- Head circumference, where provided
Once an order has been submitted and processing has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
4. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Units
Maison M Hair units are available on a pre-order basis and are prepared specifically according to the specifications selected by each customer.
Please allow up to 2 working days for processing, followed by approximately 5 working days for shipping.
UK orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days from the date the order is placed.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. Wig Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate wig size at checkout.
Available sizes are:
S — Small
M — Medium
L — Large
Customers may also provide an exact circumference measurement where applicable.
Please ensure your measurements are accurate before completing your order. If you are unsure of your size, please contact Maison M Hair before purchasing.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Maison M Hair ships within the UK and internationally.
Europe: Free shipping
USA: $30
Rest of World: $30
UK orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days from the date the order is placed.
For EU and other international destinations, please allow approximately 10–14 working days from dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Delivery is handled by third-party courier services once the order has been dispatched. Maison M Hair cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, public holidays, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their destination country.
Customers are strongly advised to order well in advance of appointments, holidays, events or other important dates.
7. Collection
Customers may choose to collect their Maison M unit from South East London.
Use the code COLLECTION at checkout.
Collection is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance via Instagram @maisonmhair.
Customers must receive confirmation before attending.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not generally offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selections, subject to applicable statutory consumer rights.
Due to hygiene and resale considerations, hair that has been worn, used, washed, cut, coloured, styled, altered or chemically treated may not be eligible for return.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

9. Pre-Coloured Collection
The Pure Radiance Curation contains pre-coloured Maison M pieces.
Customers must contact Maison M Hair before purchasing from this collection so that we can discuss the desired colour and suitability of the selected piece.

Maison M Hair cannot accept responsibility for changes to the condition, colour or quality of hair following colouring or chemical treatment carried out by the customer or a third party.
10. Payments
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
By completing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown on the website.
