At Maison M Hair, our units are prepared specifically for each customer and are available on a pre-order basis. Please carefully review all product details and selections before completing your order.

Refunds

We do not generally offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections made by the customer, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

This includes selecting the incorrect:

Wig size
Length
Density
Lace
Colour
Texture
Collection

Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order. If you are unsure about any selection, contact us at admin@maisonmhair.co.uk or via Instagram @maisonmhair before purchasing.

Returns

Due to hygiene and resale considerations, we cannot accept returns of hair that has been:

Worn
Used
Washed
Cut
Coloured
Styled
Altered
Chemically treated

If an item has been altered or used after delivery, we may be unable to accept the return, subject to applicable consumer law.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the issue
Photographs of the packaging where relevant

Please do not send an item back without first receiving return instructions from Maison M Hair.

If your return is approved, we will provide the relevant return instructions and return address. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome by email.

Exchanges

We do not generally offer exchanges.

As each Maison M unit is prepared according to the customer's selected specifications, we strongly recommend contacting us before ordering if you are unsure about your size, colour, length, density, lace or texture.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable where permitted by law.

Where an incorrect or faulty item has been supplied, Maison M Hair will handle any applicable return arrangements in accordance with your statutory rights.
