At Maison M Hair, every unit is prepared specifically for each customer. All Maison M units are available on a pre-order basis.

Please allow up to 2 working days for processing, followed by approximately 5 working days for shipping.

UK orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days from the date the order is placed.

Orders placed over weekends will begin processing on the next working day. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Maison M Hair ships internationally.

Europe: FREE SHIPPING
USA: $30
Rest of World: $30

For EU and other international destinations, please allow approximately 10–14 working days from dispatch.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please use the tracking information provided to monitor the progress of your delivery.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.

Maison M Hair cannot control customs processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

For this reason, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance of any appointment, event, holiday or special occasion.

Maison M Hair cannot accept responsibility for missed appointments or events resulting from courier or delivery delays.

Customers may choose to collect their Maison M unit from South East London.

Collection is available after the standard 7–10 working day order period and is subject to our schedule.
